Codes are anonymous and expire after 15 minutes. Shared locations are one-time submissions visible to the requester.

Ads may appear on the home page. They are requested as non-personalized ads, but ad providers may still use cookies or similar identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting.

Ads are not shown on code, location sharing, waiting, or map result screens.
